Why is your Kessa glove not producing visible rolls?

Visible rolls are not a reliable measure of how clean your skin is. Check the preparation, leftover cleanser and condition of the glove before considering another pass, and never increase pressure simply to create a dramatic result.

Check what is on the skin

If cleanser is still present, the glove may slide across the surface. Rinse the cleansing product away and follow the glove instructions. Oils and rich leave-on products belong outside this troubleshooting step; adding more products can make it harder to understand what you are feeling.

Consider the session before this one. Skin that was recently exfoliated does not need another aggressive scrub just because a video showed a larger visible result. More rubbing can leave the skin uncomfortable without improving the ritual.

Check the accessory itself

  • Look for product residue, an unpleasant smell, damaged seams or a texture that has changed.

  • Make sure the glove was washed after its last use and allowed to dry before storage.

  • Use light strokes on a small suitable area, then assess comfort rather than the amount of rolling.

  • End the exfoliation step if nothing useful happens. Do not keep going until the skin becomes red.

When a simpler routine is the better choice

A Kessa is a mechanical tool, so it will not suit every person or every day. If the skin is irritated, injured or sunburned, skip the glove. Persistent discomfort is a reason to seek individual advice rather than change to a rougher accessory.

When reviewing a replacement, compare care instructions and the product's intended use. A new glove should solve an actual wear or hygiene problem, not promise a particular quantity of visible flakes.
