Shipping & Delivery Information

We know you’re excited to receive your beautiful products, and we work hard to get them to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Processing Your Order

  • Quick Changes (1-Hour Window): We process orders quickly. You have a 1-hour window after placing your order to request an address correction. While we do our best to accommodate changes, address modifications cannot be guaranteed after this period.
  • Fulfillment Time: Orders are generally processed and prepared within 1–4 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Friday. Delivery services are unavailable to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and certain restricted destinations.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and carrier rates. We continuously work to provide competitive international shipping options.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customer Responsibility: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
  • Oasiac Is Not Responsible: Oasiac is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs delays, or any additional charges imposed by local authorities.
  • Customs Clearance: Once a shipment reaches the destination country, customs inspections and clearance procedures are handled by local customs authorities and the delivery carrier.
  • Your Role: Customers may be contacted by customs officials or the courier and may be required to provide documentation or payment before delivery can be completed.

Tracking Your Shipment

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
  • Email Accuracy: Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct so you can receive all tracking and delivery updates.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Successful Delivery: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.
  • Missed Deliveries: Customers are responsible for coordinating redelivery or pickup directly with FedEx using the provided tracking information.
  • Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free reshipment.
