Oasiac is an online beauty and skincare store inspired by Moroccan beauty rituals, hammam traditions and natural care.

Before launch, the final legal entity name, registered address and company details should be inserted into this section.

We aim to present product descriptions, images, prices, sizes, ingredients and other information as accurately as possible.

Natural products can vary slightly in colour, texture, scent or appearance from one batch to another. Product photography may also appear differently depending on your screen.

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Shipping costs, taxes or duties may be calculated separately where applicable.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully paid and confirmed.

Placing an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted. An order is subject to product availability, payment authorization and any checks reasonably required to prevent fraud or abuse.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable products or incorrect customer information.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Customs, local carriers, weather, public holidays and other factors outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges or local taxes imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated during checkout, these charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Oasiac as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns and refunds are subject to the Oasiac returns policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

Certain cosmetic or personal-care products may not be eligible for return after opening where hygiene or safety rules apply.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and provide the order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law and our returns policy.

Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Oasiac is not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, Oasiac is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Oasiac will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, customs delays, infrastructure outages, natural disasters, strikes or government action.

These terms do not remove any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. If a provision in these terms conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that legal right will prevail.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page will apply from its stated effective date, while orders already placed remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of purchase unless the law requires otherwise.
